Okay, I get the "Obama as the Joker" part. You're saying that Obama is a villain. A villain with Panda eyes and Robert Smith lipstick,* but a formidable villain nonetheless. And Nancy Pelosi as Cruella DeVille? I assume that's a comment on her villainousness as well as a cheap shot at her physical appearance. Not exactly what you'd call insightful, biting satire, but at least I see what you're going for here.
But Harry Reid as Scooby Doo? You're saying he has a knack for solving mysteries? He talks funny? He's cheaply animated?
And why Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi as American Gothic? Because they're old-fashioned, taciturn salt-of-the-earth farming folk? Because I don't really see how they can be a cartoon villainess, a talking stoner dog and laconic rural New Englanders at the same time. Or even at different times.
Seriously, whoever made this poster, pick a metaphor and stick with it. If Obama is the Joker and Pelosi is Cruella DeVille, maybe Harry Reid could be Elmer Fudd, shooting at the wabbit of fweedom? or something? He's about as effective as Elmer.
Maybe instead of American Gothic, Reid and Pelosi could be Boris and Natasha?
And I guess the guy on the left could be, oh I don't know, Keith Olbermann?
