Oh yeah, it occurs to me that Sarah's book isn't selling well because there aren't enough pitchers (sic)...too many of them damn fangled words.
I suspect Sarah has been buying a fair few herself, a couple of thousand perhaps, now languishing in her basement...
That's their way of boosting "sales" of her book. They buy it in bulk and give it away. Meanwhile it looks to the unaware like people are buying it like crazy.
