Rain Turns Homes to Waterfront Property!

Stormy skies over Chicago wound up
creating quite a mess. This video was taken after a clogged storm drain
in the Windy City caused a lot of rain water to back up onto streets and
yards.
Waterfront property? Really? I'm sure the folks who were flooded out are having quite the little chuckle!
