By David Bailey (Reuters)Obviously it's unconstitutional. Everyone always knew that these same-sex marriage bans were unconstitutional (equal protection clause - duh!) But even if someone didn't know that, the fact that court after court has struck these bans down one after the other should maybe have been a clue that this fight is over and the troglodytes have lost. Even if they refuse to accept that fact.

Duh. . . I mean, we all saw the video of that cop choking Eric Garner to death for no reason. And if anyone thought that maybe this was some sort of isolated incident, some bad-apple rogue cop going for the chokehold the way most pf us would go for a handshake, you might notice that none of the other cops in the video make any attempt to stop him. Duh!
