We didn't get one trick or treater. Weird. Of course, it was windy and lightly snowing, but that hasn't stopped them in the past. Our 14 year old went with some friends to a different neighborhood. She reported that the tricksters were few over there as well. The rumor is...it's Hillary's fault.
